About Me.
Hannah Tramonte is a singer-songwriter known for her vivid storytelling, warm vocals, and emotionally rich songwriting that blends pop, folk, and Americana influences.
Based in Cleveland, Ohio, she started writing music as a teenager, inspired by the little moments that shape big emotions.

Her latest single, “Red Light Kiss,” is out now on all streaming platforms. The track captures the beauty of slowing down and savoring spontaneous, fleeting moments.

Currently an Artist in Residence at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Hannah is spending the summer performing across Ohio, creating new music, and learning from leading voices in the industry.

Some of her favorite past performances include CMA Fest at Nashville Underground, opening for Andy Grammer at Playhouse Square’s Marquee Moments, and singing at the Brandy Melville Recording Studio in NYC.
With more new music on the way and a passion for connecting through honest lyrics, Hannah Tramonte is quickly carving out her space in the next generation of singer-songwriters.
